Home Page Terms & Conditions Payment Payment (a) Registration fees are not charged for any of our services. (b) (Payments can be made by Cheque - (backed by banker’s card), or cash. Standing Orders can be set up for regular payments only. (c) (Payments are non refundable and by using our services and signing our declaration you agree to this. You also agree that once payment is made by yourselves for the service(s) you require then refunds will not be given if you cancel the required service(s) that you have paid for. We will only ever refund payment if we cancel the provision of any services ourselves. (d) If for any reason you fail to provide us with payment after provision of the service required, then we will be forced to take legal action against you. (e) If you cancel your booking(s) then a cancellation charge may apply, depending on the service cancelled. (f) If a Cheque ever fails to process due to your account having insufficient funds then you will be liable to pay any charges charged to our accounts by our own bank. We will also require you to make payment again. (g) If you change service provider (leave us) while still having bookings with us (paid amounts), any bookings or amounts received will not be refunded or credited back to you. By signing our customer declaration and/or using our services you agree that you accept this term. (h) If you return home early from a holiday, a trip or day out, etc while we are still contracted to provide our services and you have let us know that you don't require us to complete your paid services, then a refund cannot be given nor can we carry forward any cancelled amounts to a later date.
