(c) During bad weather during transportation, i,e snow, gales, etc, we will do our very best to collect and/or deliver your pet(s) to you, but there may be a chance of a delay or even cancellation if the weather conditions are extreme and cause road surfaces to become too dangerous to use. (d) If there was ever a road accident during transportation involving our van(s) we would contact you immediately and arrange for another van to be sent out to resume the journey. If your pet(s) were injured in an accident then we would contact you immediately and get your pet(s) to a veterinary clinic in the area of the UK we were in as soon as possible.  (e) I/We, the customer(s) agree that the driver may need to stop for a short break or use a service station for fuel, but will not leave our pet(s) unattended or out of sight unless there is an urgent need to do this for a short amount of time while the driver pays for fuel or uses the service stations facilities, etc.   < Prev
