Note: The following Terms & Conditions are due to be updated.

Insurance

(a) We the provider offer fully insured services. We are insured for Public Liability up to £2,000,000, Care, Custody and Control up to £5,000, key loss up to £2,000 and employers liability for any employees we have.
(b) Our vehicles are also fully insured to transport animals and customers.

Payment
(a) Registration fees, booking fees, & cancellation fees are not charged for any of our services.
(b) Payments can be made by Cheque - (backed by banker’s card), cash or standing order (for regular payments only)
(c) Payments are non refundable and by signing our customer forms you agree that once payment is made by yourselves for the service(s) you require that we are not liable to refund payment if you cancel the required service(s) that you have paid for. We will only ever refund payment if we cancel the provision of any services ourselves.
(d) If for any reason you fail to provide us with payment after provision of the service required, then we will be forced to take legal action against you.
(e) If a Cheque ever fails to process due to your account having insufficient funds then you will be liable to pay any charges occurred on our accounts and make payment again.

Customers Details

(a) Our customers details will be used with the strictest of confidence and will not be shared or given to any other source.
(b) We also ask our customers to check their personal information that they have provided, i.e. contact details, service required, etc. To ensure that we the provider, provide our services with the correct knowledge and understanding, and meet our customers needs and expectations. Our Customers should make sure their personal information is correct and accurate to their best knowledge.

General Terms
(a) We the provider will not be held responsible for injury, damage or loss to our customer’s animals, property or possessions before any service by ourselves has been provided.
(b) We will not be held responsible for any injury your animal(s) may inflict on people and other animals while your animal(s) are in our care, if you did not specify the correct temperament of your animal(s)
(c) We will report any cruelty to animals, or illegal activities that we may encounter, when providing our services to our customer(s) to the correct authorities.
(d) We will terminate any provision of service if for any reason we feel uncomfortable or threatened by you or your animals.
(e) If you fail to inform us of the correct temperament of your animal(s) and/or you knowingly let us take an aggressive or dangerous animal in to our care without stating this, and injury occurs to ourselves or others while your animal is in our care, then the correct legal action will be taken against you and your animal(s) involved.        
(f) We will also not be held responsible if we have taken an aggressive or dangerous animal unknowingly into our care and will terminate the service provided if we feel we are unable to cope with that animal.
(h) Please make sure you provide us with detailed contact numbers so that we can reach you at all times while you animals are in our    care in case of an emergency situation. If we cannot contact you in an emergency situation involving your animal(s), then we will do what we think it right for your animal(s) in that emergency, and by signing the customer declaration you accept this.

Service Terms and Conditions:

Dog Walking
(a) We will not be held responsible if your dog(s) attack other animals or people if you did not specify the correct temperament of your dog(s) before taking them for a walk.
(b) We will never let your dogs off of their leads unless you have specified it is okay to do so. If your dog(s) are lost when let off of theirs leads then we will not be held responsible if you specified that you wanted them to be let off of their leads but will do our very best in returning your dog(s) back to you.
(c) If we feel your dog(s) are too much to handle or we feel your dog(s) are aggressive towards us & others, then we have the right to terminate the service provided, and will return your dog(s) to you.
(d) We will also not be held responsible if we have taken an aggressive or dangerous animal unknowingly into our care and will terminate the service provided if we feel we are unable to cope with that animal.
(e) Collars along with an identification tag is required on all dogs that we walk while they are in our care, so please make sure your dogs have a collar and identification tag on before we take them into our care, otherwise we will have to provide our own temporary ones.

Pet Sitting, Home Sitting, Home Visits, Small Animal Care & Home Help
(a) We will not be held responsible when caring for your animal(s) in your home if your animal(s) damage your own property or possessions while we are in your own home.
(b) We will not be held responsible if your home is broken into or if any of you possessions are stolen, before, during or after any service by ourselves has been provided.
(c) If your home is broken into before during or after we have provided our service(s) then we will report the breaking in to the correct authorities and will contact you immediately.
(d) If we feel we cannot cope with your animals while providing the required service(s), i.e. if they are aggressive towards us or out of control then we will do our very best to assess the situation but have the right to terminate the service and will let you know we have done so immediately.
(e) When providing you with the service(s) required we will not let any other persons than yourselves enter your household or premises if you have not specified that anyone will be entering your property while you are away and your property is in our care.

Pet Taxi/Animal Ambulance
(a) When transporting your animal(s) in our vehicle, if for any reason you have given us a false address upon arrival then you will be responsible for any costs for that journey.
(b) If you fail to provide us with payment after the provision of our pet taxi service then we will take legal action against you.
(c) In the event of an accident whilst your animals are in our vehicle then we will not be held responsible if your animals are injured if we were not the cause of the accident. This also applies to yourself if you were injured in our vehicle during an accident too.
