Client Agreement

The agreement below, outlines very important areas when registering as a client.

  • By signing and submitting this form, 'I confirm that i wish to Register as a Client with Animals 24/7' and declare the following –
  • (a) I/We have read, understood and accept the Privacy Policy, all Terms & Conditions and the Client Agreement prior to submitting the registration form.
  • (b) I/We have completed all parts of the registration form correctly and truthfully and accept that it is our responsibility to update the provider/Animals 24/7 with any changes to our personal details, contact details and pet(s) details, etc.
  • (c) Once I/We have signed and submitted this form, agree that this action acts as an ongoing agreement to the providers/Animals 24/7's terms & conditions and accept the providers/Animals 24/7's terms and conditions for the duration we require the providers/Animals 24/7's services and any other service(s) we may need on offer by the provider/Animals 24/7, even if there has been a break in using the providers/Animals 24/7's services.
  • (d) I/We, the named registering client(s) named on the registration form also understand and accept that the providers/Animals 24/7's Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions and this Client Agreement are on occasion amended, so are aware that it is our responsibility to read any changes that may affect our required service(s). If I/We, the registered client(s) disagree with any changes made to the providers/Animals 24/7's terms & conditions at any time, I/We accept that it is our responsibility to outline our concern, otherwise the provider/Animals 24/7 will take it that I/We, the registered client(s) have acknowledged any changes made to the providers/Animals 24/7's terms and conditions and are happy for our required service(s) to proceed as normal.
  • (e) If you wish to register your spouse/partner when adding your name to our registration form it is of the utmost importance that you make your spouse/partner aware that you are adding their name to our registration form before signing and submitting this form. You also agree that by signing and submitting this form, agree that this action not only acts as your agreement to our terms and conditions and client agreement, but also acts on your spouse's/partner's behalf too if they are also to be a named registered client.
  • (f) Emergency contact consent & responsibilities -
  1. I/We understand that it is important that we list an emergency contact so that if we cannot be contacted by the provider/Animals 24/7 in an emergency concerning our pet(s), property and/or service, etc then the provider/Animals 24/7 has someone else to go to for advice and/or help.
  2. I/We understand that the provider/Animals 24/7 advise that our listed emergency contact is preferably a local relative or close friend who has knowledge of pet(s) and who has access to our property.
  3. I/We accept that it is our responsibility to update the provider/Animals 24/7 with any changes to our listed emergency contact and their details, etc.
  4. I/We declare that we have checked with our listed emergency contact that they are happy being listed as an emergency contact for the provider/Animals 24/7 to contact in the event I/We cannot be reached in an emergency concerning our pet(s), property and/or service, etc.
  5. I/We accept and understand that our listed emergency contact can act on our behalf and make important decisions about our pet(s), property and/or service, etc if in the event I/We cannot be reached in an emergency concerning our pet(s), property and/or service, etc.
  6. I/We declare that we give full consent to our listed emergency contact to act on our behalf and make important decisions about our pet(s), property and/or service, etc if in the event I/We cannot be reached in an emergency concerning our pet(s), property and/or service, etc.
  • (g) In the unlikely event that you/the registering client(s) did not sign and submit this form successfully you declare that by using our services you accept all of our Terms and Conditions and our Client Agreement in full.
  • (h) Registering on your behalf -
  1. If in the event you cannot register via our online client registration form, whether it's because you don't have access to the internet, or our online client registration form fails to submit. We may have to register you a different way by providing you with a hard copy of our clientregistration form for you to complete. Once you have completed the hard copy, we will then need to submit those details to our online client registration form on your behalf.
  2. You agree that before we submit our online client registration form on your behalf, that you have read our Privacy Policy, all of our Terms and Conditions and our Client Declaration.
  3. You accept that once we submit our online client registration form on your behalf, that this action acts as your acceptance to all of our Terms and Conditions and our Client Declaration in full.
  4. You also agree that once we submit our online client registration form on your behalf, that this action acts as your official registration.
